Although we love our 12 week challenge and our clients are getting great results on it, we are always looking to evolve and improve our service. A lot of what we come up against when we face barriers with our clients is that – they do not have the time or motivation to prepare healthy, creative, nutritious and delicious meals. One thing that is paramount when getting any sort of results in your exercise regime is to have your diet correct as well. This means; being prepared and mindful about all of your meals, all of the time.
So, apart from actually sitting down with clients at the beginning of the challenge and talking about these barriers and how to overcome them and giving them guidance on what is and isn’t healthy. We also ask them to keep a food diary every week and we review that with them. However, there does sometimes seem to be a missing link. The food preparation and choice is sometimes questionable and time always comes out as an issue. Whether that is because of work or family or sometimes both. Preparing meals and sometimes just not knowing what to eat – can become a little tricky.
Therefore when Sultan Kirby, the Director of Prept. Came in to our gym and explained to us what it was all about, we decided to bring him on board to help our 12 week challengers, and also to promote Prept throughout the gym because we feel that it is a great way for people to eat healthy and nutritious meals for the majority of the time.
